For some reason, people of the community has been saying these outragous things of the Minecraft EULA preventing Minecraft artists to sell their art...

They state that the Minecraft artists can not sell their art anymore due to the new EULA.
I call bull.
The actual EULA states this:



They did NOT infact make the art you make.
It's inspiration, not copying.
There has been many inspirations of Minecraft like Unturned and etc. And they have not been sued.
It's like saying all youtubers to stop making videos because it involves their game.
This will ruin the community if that happened.
But Mojang is not that stupid.
The new EULA is to prevent abusive server owners from stealing money from players from what Mojang has made.
It is not to prevent Minecraft artists to stop creating for a living.
These people are feeding us fear and lies in order to get them what they want.
STOP THIS NONSENSE!

P.S Also regarding the whole server issue.
People can create server with creative mods that Mojang has not in fact made and sell mod items for donation that way. (That's just my suggestion.)
