  Does anyone have tips for baking? (Like decorating cakes)

  some things come to mind, first thing is having an icinng spatula and one of those cake spinners so its easy to put a neat layer frosting on it
  
  second thing is if you're doing enough layers and height you should put some milkshake straws into the cake as support dowels or it will lean/fall (i would look up how to do this)

  don't ice the cake hot
  don't worry if you don't have special icing tips, you can still make pretty flowers, designs etc with just the tip of a plastic bag cut off

  Soon, (hopefully) I'll be getting my very own chihuahua and naming it twinkie. (Yk, the food) So I drew a twinkie with a chihuahua's face in it so when I get my chihuahua I'll show the drawing to it. :)

  Try studying the art and techniques of artists you really admire. Other than that all I can say is practice and experiment.

  Try to draw the thing you're imagining first with no references whatsoever. It's going to be awkward and incorrect, but don't worry about that. Don't spend too long on this step. This is where you will analyze where your weak spots are. What parts were hard to draw, what were you not sure about? Then compare it to a similar photo reference. Draw that, and pay special attention to where it differs from your original drawing. Then, try to draw the thing from memory, no looking at references. Repeat if necessary. Then try the cycle again from step 1, but with a new angle or pose you haven't tried before. This will develop your internalization of information so you can draw from imagination.
  
  
  
  Also recommend picking up a copy of "Keys to Drawing" by Bert Dodson (should probably be available at your local library) if you're a beginner. Lots more info there I couldn't even fit into a comment. Good luck on your art journey!
