To Join Elves, Undead or Dwarves you must finish the faction quest by doing /warp Elves for elves quest /Warp Dwarves for dwarves quest or /Warp Undead For undead quest. After finishing the quest you need to whisper the code you get at the end to an admin so he can add you to the faction.
