Should I start a Touhou jam?

UPDATE - I've changed my mind, I'm not starting a jam.
I'm considering starting a jam for Touhou because why not.
If you don't know what Touhou is (you probably don't), it's a Japanese series of bullet hell games.
However, I don't know if anyone would even participate in such a jam.
So, uhhhhhhhh... vote, I guess.

I've no idea what level of interest there would be (you were correct in assuming I'd not heard of the series), but one never kows…
