Hi! I had a request on how to make fringes on my last tutorial, so if you need help, I can teach you the ways I make mine. I will give you multiple ways.
1. You will need to go to your favorite skin making website/program. For this tutorial, I will be using MinecraftSkins the Skindex. Here's a link to it: www.minecraftskins.com/skin-editor/
2. Make a hat shaped thinga majigger ( :P ) to start you off.
3. Start to make it slant one way.
I'm making it slant to the left.
4. Keep repeating step 3 until you get to the very bottom.
I know it look weird now.
5. Take your eraser tool (
) And erase most of the little pixels (I can't explain :P) 
6. Take your color picker (
) and click on the color of your hair. Color the most right of your hair until you reach the eyebrow. And color the little dot after you see when you completed the right eyebrow part thingy.

That's one way to do it. Here's another:
1. Make a hat thinga majigger again :P
2. Outline the thinga majigger
3. Outline the thinga majigger except the most left pixel.
4. Make an upside-down L shape that is 3 pixels. :
5. If you read the fringes part for my hair shading tutorial, do the EXACT same thing as you did in the tutorial. It should end up like this when you finish.
