Looks like some of you enjoyed my first texture pact Linksu's NES Pack over half a decade ago so I thought I'd refresh it for 1.17+ and I got some new tricks this time around I'm sure you'll discover as the pack progresses.



Currently this is just a preview, lots of things broke coming from ver 1.8 as you would imagine. lol

However I'm going to try to get all the textures matched up for the next couple updates as I add and make changes coming from 6 years later me lol Hope you all enjoy it, keep your eyes peeled for updates! I also plan to create a disc and patreon for this stuff if people are interested let me know I'd love to provide live updates or maybe in game credits or something of that nature, thanks!



Preview currently has less than the old pack + New models as pictured.



if you want to see the old pack click here for more info/screenshots of current/past textures, I plan to make alot of changes so I didn't want to rely on the old pictures too much at this time.



Shyguy = Fox

Duck Hunt Dog / Duck= Wolf / Chicken

LOZelda Fairy = Bat

Koopa = Turtle

Megaman Sniper Joe = Skeleton

not at the moment, I think if I were to update it I might want to start from the ground up, as when I first made the original nes pack it was quite a whiles back so I think if I'm going to put more time into it I'd like to just start from the beginning for better theming, I don't think it's bad but I think there could be room for improvement also I'd like to have it set up from the beginning to automate if I can two color options, one leaning towards minecraft defaults and the other just pushing hard NES pallete.



I'd like to update it but time's a lil more scarce for me rn, then it was when I started the remix, pardon the limitation atm

I'm probably gonna be the only one suggesting this NES title but, Mother 1/Earthbound Beginnings. Otherwise, I'm glad to see an old pack like this get updated after so many years!

Addead Starmen as enderman for the next update, and conveniently was able to save the texture as enderman eyes so they glow in the dark now haha

good idea, I probably didn't do much with eb in the past considering it was isometric/zoomed out but with my new modelling abilities I might be able to get a mob or two in I'll play around with it
