This is outstanding but I want 4 things. An orange/yellowish tint for the sky in the badlands. A blue/whitish/yellow color for the desert, a plain blue/light blue sky for the plains, and a light blue/green color for the swamp.

Sorry, but I won't change the sky colors because I want to keep this version as the default. But maybe someday I'll change that.
But you can change the sky colors for yourself - change some colors in the png file inside the resource pack. By color, you can easily determine where and which biome is located

(Just change colors)
