Hello minecrafters !

After a few years away from this game, I decided to create a modern house that is both simple and detailed.

The main idea was to start from a big white brick shape, and trying to add some interesting designs while keeping the basic shape intact. There is not a ton to see, but I am pretty satisfied with all the little designs and furnitures tricks I have come up with during this build.

The build is rather big for a house but there is nothing but essentials : a swimming pool area, an entrance, a big living room including a dining area and a kitchen, two rooms sharing a bathroom, and a small terrace for entertainment. The sportscar are not parked because only the HMMWV could make its way up there.

As a subalpine house, the garden has been kept natural looking, and there is not so much connections between indoor and outdoors : it functions more as a luxurious and modern closed shelter rather than a open beach mansion that we see a lot on PMC.

Built in Minecraft 1.14.3 using the Modern HD texture pack, however it should not look too weird in vanilla or any other modern texture pack.

I am kinda bad with Blender, therefore it is as good is it is gonna get with those renders before Chunky gets updated for 1.14.3, I could not figure out how to fix texture issues with Blender...

Screenshots are made with Sildurs vibrant shaders (High).

I had to terraform myself around the house but the original map comes from the Yellowstone Lake custom terrain by Evmanz

Thanks for reading/watching/visiting/whateveryouredoing, have fun and see you soon for other builds!
