House of the P‑44T series
P‑44T is a panel model series of residential buildings made of isolated block sections, developed by the design Institute of MNITEP. It was built from 1997 to 2019, mainly in Moscow and the Moscow region (there are isolated examples, for example, in Murmansk). This is an improved version of the P‑44 series, featuring improved thermal insulation, higher ceilings and a brick-like facade finish.
