KOPE is a design principle in which a building is assembled from ready—made factory elements. The M‑2 Tower is a modification of the KOPE series, the construction of which began in 2010. It differs from its predecessors (including from the M‑1) in a more dense layout: 6-8 apartments are located on the floor.
The house is a single-section (single-entrance) panel building with an uninhabited ground floor; underground parking is possible. The maximum number of floors is up to 25 floors. The project was developed by "Mosproekt", and production is carried out by DSK‑2 (part of PIK Group of Companies).
1‑room: total area 42–44 м2, living area — 17–18 м2, kitchen — 10,3–10,5 м2;
2‑room: total area 85–89 м2, living area — 38–39 м2, kitchen — 13–13,8 м2;
3‑room: total area 107–109 м2, living area — 54–55 м2, kitchen — 13–13,8 м2;
4‑room: total area 130–133 м2, living area — 68–69 м2, kitchen — 14,5–14,8 м2.
