Woolfactory!!!
This is a factory which i made.
it kills sheep and makes the wool into four colors:
red
yellow
blue
green
its semi automatic!! the only thing you have to do is to put:
fuel, flowers, cactus and lapis ore in the right holes!!

1) insert bonemeal -> dispensers -> grass -> harvest flowers and grass which grows -> you get the flowers.
2) as mentioned earlier, separators are really useful, no need for separate insertion slots.
3) you can craft wool of spider strings, so huge mob spawner would work too.
4) why don't you farm the cactus?

And I really don't understand why did you use these piston-belt things. They do nothing.

with power craft you have the ability to SORT from the conveyors, why not just have 1 hole to put all the dyes in and make the conveyors do the sorting rather than the player?
just a suggestion... PC is there afterall to automate and make MC easier...

PS you must not insert dye but raw materials
