Just adds the shinies from the mob variants datapack I made, but without all the mob variants.

You need Optifine or Entity Texture Features for the textures to show up

A mob has a 1/1000 chance to be a shiny
Breeding a mob makes the baby have a 1/500 chance to be a shiny
Shinies have a 20 minute grace period before being able to despawn
Going within 20 blocks of a shiny makes a notification sound and makes the shiny unable to despawn
Shinies have a 1/20 of having golden sparkles instead of white sparkles
