This datapack (hopefully) stops bees unloading from the world randomly as encountered by some people in this bug report.
Recommended for vanilla based servers or worlds such SMPs and is most likely not compatible with datapacks that change bees. If you want me to add support for the other datapacks, comment and Ill see what I can do.
Follows at least most of the Datapack Conventions, so this should be compatible with most other datapacks
I may or may not, depending on time and if the bug is fixed by Nov/Dec, may make a part 2 for this, that covers for bees resting inside of Hives, but for now breed more bees than usual just in case the bees inside the hive disappears.
- This datapack theoretically works works by replacing all bees with another bee with an invisible (marker) passenger, and when the bee disappears via non natural means, it spawns a replacement bee.
- The replacement bee currently has its name retained from original bee (that replaces the old one 1st)
- However, as of right now, I havent been able to prevent bees inside the hive from disappearing
