This Texture pack ONLY changes the sculk texture to look like more like moss. For some reason i couldn't animate it so sadly it removes the animation of the sculk's light. Thanks from https://cpetry.github.io/TextureGenerator-Online/ because it made my work SO MUCH easier making the texture for the moss. This texture pack is made for the One-Texture Vanilla Jam Season 3. Thanks for helping us newbies get experience in PlanetMinecraft Jams.

The texture is quite nice, it has a softer feel to it which I love. - A note about your animation, in the texture files each stage of the animation is in a list, or row, in a single .png file (if you're editing on PC). If you ever want to update this to have the animation, I'll be on the lookout :)

Actually, i already know that. but the problem is it doesn't work and it will try to use the whole image as a texture on the block.

If you created your own model and texture, you need to make sure you include a .mcmeta file telling it to animate that texture. See sculk.png.mcmeta in the minecraft/textures/block folder as an example.
