TIE/wi Interceptor or more simply known as the TIE Whisper was a further advancement upon the First Order's TIE/fo space superiority fighter and the TIE/sf space superiority fighter introduced during the war between the First Order and the Resistance. The TIE Whisper being an incredibly advanced starfighter had increased Stealth capability and more formidable firepower while also being equipped with a hyperdrive for greater operational range. Crewed by a Pilot and Gunner similar to the TIE/sf the Whisper also had a lower heavy weapons turret, twin laser cannons and mag-pulse and concussion missiles.
