Hi Everyone! Today I'd like to introduce Swiss Mountain Luxury Lakeside Ski Resort Download.

New addition of Images of interiors, including Internal Sun Blinds, an Elevator! As well as several guest Suite completions. There's a new restaurant/bar at the Summit Complex as well as several new boutique double apartments.

Initially this build started life as a futuristic Research and Development Centre. (Researching & Developing what? ....I don't know.)
I had previously built a map "Massive lake in the Mountains" - https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/massive-lake-in-the-mountains-free-download/ . The map was a simple mountainous, snow covered, treeless biome surrounding a massive lake. I quickly fell in love with it's seclusion and mountain views. I wanted to build something that fitted that seclusion. Something that maybe defied the landscape.

The build was ultimately Inspired by Gerry Anderson's amazing model creations and filming sets; made famous in the original Thunderbirds series. I have always loved the 1950's & 60's concepts of the future. The way designers of that era pushed conventions and started mixing up the rules. Rules determining how things must look or function or serve society. We perhaps look back on that era as an uneducated time. Inexperienced with the realities of the future. After all, it was born of a time when fuel was abundant and cheap. Man had reached the Moon. All things were possible and the future was bright!

Swiss Mountain Luxury Lakeside Ski Resort
You arrive at the complex via the Boathouse. From there you can see the whole complex sprawling up the mountain from the water's edge. Making your way across the narrow walkway, you arrive at the front Reception building to check in. From the front reception you can make your way up to the Lakeside (lower) resort complex or take a ski lift gondola to the Summit resort facility.

The Lakeside complex has luxury accommodation, 5 star restaurant and poolside café. It includes a cafeteria, heated swimming pool, gymnasium and water sports at the boathouse.

The Summit resort is reached by a ski lift and offers some of the worlds best cross country skiing terrain. It caters to Resort guests and day pass visitors alike. The Summit resort complex also has luxury accommodation. As well as Bars, a theatre, heated mineral springs indoor pool. As well as all the usual downhill skiing activities.
