This world has nothing to do with the Hunger Games Panem, Sorry :(

This is a complex country, government, and society. The country is called "PANEM" with six cities/districts (Pencyle, Washington, Akron, Payoli, Senya, and Floribunda). The country has a rich history starting off as a Communist country controlled by the Capital (Washington) with each district producing some sort of item (Lumber, Agriculture, Weaponry, etc.). However, after a civil war, the Capitalists won and created a Mixed Economy based on democracy and freedom.

Each city has its own local structure of government with the larger cities having much more complex facilities, defenses, businesses, and places of leisure.

The capital is called Pencyle (Created by the new Capitalist government) and is the largest city in the nation. Payoli and Senya are the smallest but are growing. Each city provides representatives to the federal government. The federal government oversees almost all aspects of the society except the election rules, education, and farming permits (Cities handle these).

The nation is linked by a massive rail system as well as a massive cargo rail and distribution network. Pencyle even has its own eleven station Subway Station Network. The cities have evolved over time and many of the buildings have been changed over time. Citizens often live in one city and commute to another for work.

Security is huge in the nation with a strict Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DOHS) including rail security, a passport check system, security at city entrances, hidden defenses, military bases and more!

The Government of Panem has four branches: (Here is a BRIEF Synopsis)

Legislative: (Bicameral)
-House of Commons (2 Commoners per City)
-House of Representatives (Representatives based on population)
-Capital Building & Russel Congressional Office Building (In Pencyle)
-Speaker of the House & Speaker of the Commons
-Write the laws and oversee/check Executive, Judicial, and Admin

Executive:
-President, VP, Cabinet
-Executive House (In Pencyle)
-Execute the Laws through the Administrative Branch
-Commander in Chief
-Top Diplomat

Judicial:
-Supreme Court (In Pencyle)
-Attorney General
-Interpret Laws & Court Appeal System

Administrative:
-Headed by Secretary of State in Absence of President
-Many departments overseeing all realms of life
-Administrative Complex (In Washington)
-Enforce and implement laws
-Maintain nations security, health, welfare, and well-being
