It was about time I finally post something to PMC! This Island Retreat had started as a challenge to myself to build something that was completely integrated with the landscape. The house itself covers most of the island, front and back, and extends far below the surface. It was built with modern sensibilities and furnishings; it was meant as a place where one can escape a busy, exhaustive existence and relax themselves. This house contains:

-Dining Area
-Recreation & Billiards space
-Bar
-Living Room
-3 Bedrooms
-4 Bathrooms
-Laundry
-Outdoor Patio & BBQ
-Pool
-Boathouse
-Underground Cavern
-Secret Workspace
