But I am having trouble starting it: I paste the farm (with litematic or WE), put the 41 items in the timer, the chickens and the villagers in their cells, but the piston timer goes crazy, if there are eggs they throw them all, scaring the villagers of permanently until the eggs are finished.
I have managed to get the golem spawning cycle start by manually operating the hatches (like if a golem spawned) every time the eggs start to be thrown, repeating the process several times (in creative mode), until I get the first golem, and then all goes like expected.
I suspect is something related to the villager mechanics, not a problem of your farm ofc, but I'm clueless :S
Now I am going to build it in survival and I would like to know what are the exact steps that I must follow to start it for the first time.

An entire small multiplayer server relies in you in order to build the ultimate iron farm (we have 4 more farms zombie powered but constantly breaks and stop functioning, they use modules with 3 villager/beds and it´s glitchy like you said in reddit, we need your farm!)
Copy-Pasting the farm could have some problems if you copy it with active redstone signals. Also, sometimes after copypasting you could have broken preassure plate laying on a copied preasure plate - so spawn platforms are active all the time. Spawn platforms is also active all the time if copied during their active phase - just destroy 4 blocks with tripwires and build em again.
You will not have this problems building it in survival
Redstone Dust and torches and pressure plates or slabs, glass panes - are anti mob spawn measures.Trapdoors above the villagers - to prevent Bobbing in water. 3 Signs - to prevent golem spawn inside the water stream, etc. Soo all block types are important.
