Welcome to my new project :)

As you may not know, Im starting this project on a singleplayer world, however, it can be used for multiplayer too but the builder must be credited.

This project post, called DeVoCity (Dev - oss - City), will be updated every time there is a new addition such as new homes and a new download link.

The Download link will also be updated regularly so what you download may not be the final version so expect more in the future.

This project will not stay on flat land however, I will be also working on land-scaping the area so it is not extremely boring.

*** I plan to put this on a server after it is 50% done. However, your donations will fuel this plan. You will be able to join the server and fly around and look at the buildings and progress live. Maybe, I will allow people to apply to build on my server through a very strict application. ***

What I plan to do with this project changes regularly, but what is planned is multiple districts.

There will be a commercial district such as malls, shops, outlets and restaurants.

There will also be a City district which includes a Downtown, apartments and lofts, parks and maybe even a Ghetto to give it a more diverse view of the city if that makes sense.

You should also expect a "Beverly Hills" kind of like neighborhood. This neighborhood will have modern homes and mansions and huge parks.

There will also be a suburbs so pretty much houses that most people live in today such as small 1 story homes or even 2 story homes that look traditional.

At some point, there may be a beach but it will not be confirmed until later on in the project.

Also at another point, there may be a farmland. The plan for that might be a large 250x250 farm land or even on a larger scale. But its not only 1 farm, there will be at least 2-5 farms.

There will also be schools, airports, police stations, fire stations and a dump included. But the project is only getting started.color=rgb(51, 153, 102)] I would also love feedback and try to take a lot of suggestions[/color], but please keep in mind that this project is for today like/realistic buildings, so I ask that you do not suggest medieval or futuristic builds (Churches will be already included in the project, some may look medieval but that is the only exception.) :) That may be for another project (But there are already so many medieval and futuristic projects going on so you should check those out)

Remember, I dont use world edit for building homes, But I might have to use worldedit for the farms and streets and maybe skyscrapers.

Predicting that a lot of builds may feature ideas from youtuber, Keralis, with his ideas and the help of his minecraft inspiration series.
