This is the Async Corporation, from Kane Pixel's 'The Backrooms'.
The above ground building was built similar to Ares International from GMOD.
I attempted to add most of the iconic rooms in the backrooms, and the poolrooms as well.
Most of the rooms and inspiration was from the game 'The Complex, found footage' such as the gym and library underneath.
Just add the mod pack and enjoy, its currently in peaceful but test yourself with monsters of your own!

But if you just mean its OP then such is the reason for the Backrooms, to get lost in it. There is a method though.
