15 Colors creen + decoder (without observers)

Hello community.
I have built a 128x128 screen with 15 colors with a view from the "Map" but the most amazing thing is that being 15 colors, the screen has a decoder that does not use an observer block, it is only based on torches and pistons.
Tested on minecraft 1.12.2
But I come to you, the redstone experts, I need someone to build me a double-input memory for each of the 4 input bits of the decoders, that is, each pixel will have 4 memory cells.
If you agree to help me with this, please note:
* The memories of a pixel must not collide with those of the neighboring pixel (It must be stackable)
* You can only use the following items in the category of "Redstone"
** Redstone dust (wire)
** Redstone repeater
** Redstone torches
** Redstone comparator
* You can only use the following items from the category "General or Sustain for Circuit"
** Any block, tile or element that appears in MC.V 1.12.2
* You can only perform this memory in Minecraft version 1.12.2
* You can modify the terminals of the decoders to suit your memory.
* Your profile name will be mentioned in the credits of this screen from the next update (memory added)
