Overview:
Kill Effects is a lightweight plugin where admins can give players potion effects or run commands on them when they kill another player. This plugin was requested by Luuk5991 on the spigot forums.
Features:
Give players potion effects when they kill a player
Run any command when a player kills another player
Run any command when a player kills another player
Config:

Note: %killer will replace with the killers name, and %killed will replace with the killed player's name.
