Storm Hammer is a datapack that... well, just adds a storm hammer! Right click to make it storm, left click to attack!
CRAFTING THE HAMMER
Recipe: Two stone blocks, three iron blocks. Place the blocks like a pickaxe, the iron blocks as the top and the stone blocks as sticks. You'll get a knowledge book... or is it? Get it and it'll transform into the hammer.
USING THE HAMMER
Using the hammer is pretty simple! Left click to attack... or right click to make it literally storm ANYWHERE. except caves (underground in general) since it can't get there... right?

But hey, anyways:
Yes, you can change the sharpness level of it when crafted, not sure if with commands but I think not.
Just open the datapack .zip file, and then navigate to: data/detectbone/functions and open stormercrafted.mcfunction
Now, last step is to go to the tenth line, the give @s line for reference, and go to the right to replace lvl:3 with whatever level you want, for example, if you want Sharpness V then just change lvl:3 to lvl:5
Of course, you can also change it lower or VERY high, but don't go crazy :)
