Adds a new item to the game: the phantom saddle!

The phantom saddle is rare drop from phantoms.
This item allows you to spawn a ridable phantom by right-clicking it. However, it uses up durability. Repair with another phantom saddle or with phantom membranes.
The mount behaves similarly to Terraria mounts. You immediately ride it when spawned and despawns when dismounted.

Mount controls:

->Hold jump to fly up like you would in creative mode.

->Let go of jump to slowly descend.

->The mount can only move around mid-air. It freezes when on ground.

Would like to put gifs but planet minecraft doesn't support those.
