Hey guys, I know there's already alot of posts about butter and its story and how budder is actually a drug, but I feel this needs to be quickly revisited, so please sit tight, and relax.
Butter is a little joke SkyDoesMinecraft created. Just a joke. From then on, he would call gold butter. Once sky became more popular, he grew a fanbase of mostly younger age groups. At this point the butter joke was very popular, but nothing serious, just a joke people would throw around here and there. After time, plenty of people from young age groups thought the joke was HILARIOUS and always would call gold butter. Further in time, it was like a serious thing. Little kids who always called called gold butter got angry at others who didn't, and spammed servers with it. At one point some people started to called it "budder". These were the people who worshiped SkyDoesMinecraft.
Sky is not to blame. Sky is a person who made videos that people found entertaining, and just like every other youtuber, creates jokes. Antvenom hates cows, TrueMU calls pigs Jeffery, CaptainSparklez has his famous Jerry The Slime who had died a while back, and Sky calls gold butter. Sky just attracted a younger age group who took the joke seriously. Everyone is different, and maybe Sky is just immature, which attracts younger people. So, are you really gonna blame Sky for making videos? That sounds unfair.
People have recently decided to pronounce 'butter' 'budder'. Sky did nothing to make that happen. I remember a while ago in the SCB servers someone was arguing with Sky on the whole butter situation, and can you guess what Sky said? He said quote on quote "I've never called gold budder, I call it butter." Yup, that's right, Sky has never said Budder, so to all of you Sky fanboys/fangirls who call gold Budder, you may as well stop now.
Sky has told his fans to stop, and I have proof of this. Solid proof. I've linked a video into this blog of a game of The Bridges that was uploaded by Sky. If you skip to the 10 minute mark, he says himself that it's getting out of hand and
needs to stop.
So, my question to you is, is Sky really to blame? Or is he just a guy who makes youtube videos? Everyone has their own opinions, so whatever your opinion is, I will respect it. This is just my personal opinion on the situation.

the problem is that sky cant handle his fans. if he could i think all this spam war wouldve been easier. so i dont think you should blame sky, instead his fans should listen to him. he is trying so hard to make them stop spamming. so listen
I was watching grantthompson's (channel name) youtube video of him making butter in real life. He is a full sciene person, and probably has never heard of minecraft or sky. Even though this is not minecraft related, he still has a commend saying "mm buddr 4 me anf sky" (the usual sh*t grammar).
Once again, if a moderator sees this, read his comment, before reading mine.
