Hey guys! I thought I'd create this blog to help new minecrafter's learn some very basic PvP tips in these categories:
- HungerGames
- The Walls
- PVP in general
So if you know anyone who is just starting minecraft and wants to learn more about PVP, show them this blog! Also, some of these tips may also help experienced minecrafter's but is aimed more or less to help beginners.

Hunger Games Tips & Tricks
1. Vote for and or join maps you are familiar with. This will help you be able to locate chests more easily and get the upper hand on enemies.
2. Go for the cornucopia. The cornucopia can have lots of good loots for you to take, and may give you that sword that may save you from another enemy that you may have had to run away from if you didn't target the cornucopia. You always want to aim for one chest, aiming for multiple may get you killed. Always aim for the chest closet to you, or the chest that is least likely to be taken by anyone else.
3. If your running from an opponent, try to circle around them and try to loose them. If your far enough away from the opponent and you see a chest, go for it to see if there's a sword, if not, keep running.
4. "Help! I'm low on food!" If it's early in the game (first 5-10 minutes) most chests still haven't been looted, so just crouch behind walls or hills and trees to avoid combat and try to find some chests. If it's late in the game, most chests have already been looted, so at that point you want to try to find enemies and slaughter their faces.

The Walls Tips & Tricks
1. The center area (the place thats revealed once the walls drop) usually holds some loot like diamonds and chests, so it's always a good idea to go for them.
2. Check your teams status. You always want to know how many players are on your team and on other teams. If your a 6 person team versus a bunch of 3 person teams, you should probably play offensive. If your a 3 person team against a bunch of 6 person teams, you may want to play defensively.
3. Stick with your team. If you want to go to the center but everyone else on your team doesn't, don't go for the center, you'll probably just die from other teams

PVP In General
1. Circle around your opponent so they can't hit you.
2. Have the upper hand advantage. By this I mean, lets say someone is on a mountain and your on the ground, should you go for them? Hell no! Being above your enemies and getting the first few hits is very important! They get a huge advantage and one of them being critical hits.
3. Always jump while hitting your enemy to get crit hits to ensure maximum damage.
4. Sneak attack your enemy. Always try to sneak behind them when they don't expect it so you can get the first few hits.
5. When fighting in water you should swim under them and hit them. It makes it harder for them to hit you.
6. Try to block-hit, which can be done by right + left clicking at the same time while attacking someone. It basically hits your enemy and it uses your sword as a shield to reduce the damage they do to you.
