"OH WOW THAT'S SUCH A KAWAII DESU SKIN! OMG ITS SOOOOOO SUGOI!!!!!!!!!!ONE11!!!"
No offensive to Japanese people, or their language. But when people abuse your poor language and culture like this, it makes me want to stab all living things. If you've come here to bitch, get out. Right now. If you've come here to actually be CIVIL, please, just stay and read the blog.
Here's why i'm against these "kawaii" or "cute" skins:
1: Most, and I mean 99% of these skins, have very, very low eyes. I mean, come on, have you ever thought those eyes look absolutely terrible, way down on the skin's neck or chin? It's creepy, in my opnion. I've seen good skins. But they have the eyes too low. I sound OCD, but it's true. The eyes basically ruin the whole skin for me. That's another skins that i'll probably never wear, so I think.
2: Most of these skins are based off of the teen girl skins. The long hair of course, going right down to the buttcrack, the girly pink shirt and all that. As if everybody wants to be a whore. Oh, and of course the lovely smiley faces and pretty pretty princess hearts and symbols at the beginning of each skin's title! Of course with the long title as if you're reading a whole essay out.
3: The way people call them "kawaii". I know, kawaii may be a contagious word of somesort, but it's basically abusing the Japanese language, for that matter. How would you like it if foreign people kept repeating a normal word in your language all the time, in every single sentence? Doesn't it get offensive and old within a couple minutes? I've seen people say "le" alot, and no, they weren't French. I feel offended when people constantly repeat "le" before every noun or whatsoever that they're talking about, since I am from France myself. I can't explain how annoying and obnoxious it is to myself, and i'm sure to other people it is too.
4: The way I see my favorite skinners change into a kawaii skin machine. Again with the eyes, it makes me lose faith in whomsoever inspired me to join PMC, or make skins, for that matter.
5: Most of them are rainbow. Too many multi-colors. It burns my eyes. If I wanted to see multicolors everywhere, i'd go to a firework show, thanks.
And finally, I apologize if any hard feelings were passed around in this blog, but it's just another thing that bugs me greatly. If you felt offended, I send my sincerest apologies, and if you liked this blog, care to leave a comment expressing your opinion too? I beg you people not to hate on me for saying my dearest and sincerest opinions, since if I didn't, i'd most likely be a robot. I never meant to hurt any feelings, either. I was simply saying what I felt about this whole "Kawaii skins" thing.

I know this post is from 6 years ago but damn I agree so much that I have to comment.

Even though I do find myself making similar skins, I never upload them. Never do I upload my own personal skins, even though I say I will, there is a high percentage I wont. Why? Because there's already more skins of that than there is Minecrafters.
Another point I agreed with you, how people use "le" and "kawaii" in every sentence. It annoys me. All I see is,
"Oh mah gerd, yur skin is like le so kawaii-ness desu~"
"So kawaii!"
"This is a kawaii skin, totally different than the rest am I right?"
"I am le kawaiiness, notice me senpai~"
Yeah, basically all of that stuff.
I hate to say this because so far I agree with you on so much, but part of me disagrees with the eyes. I like adding the eyes low, it just makes the skin looks semi-cute. Actual cute in my opinion. But sometimes, my opinion changes and I am like, "Where are her eyes supposed to be, her face or her neck?"
Anyways, I think thats all I wanted to vent/post. Time to spend an hour on google trying to find a different skin.
i know this may sound like a 'oh, im the best and im right' thing, but i like your opinion and you actually published this. the reason we say kawaii, desu, etc., is because its a different language and because of the japanese shows lots of us watch, and we like the low eyes because it looks normal and cute, im sorry if i condradicted you too much. just a little talk..
Now, theres a difference.
Girl gamers always look at the bright side of things and go for the nice and cute girl skins
girls that play video games go for the awkward girls skins and rage all the time blaming people on hacking.
Now, don't get me wrong I agree something that is to rainbow coloured I mean TOO rainbow coloured does get on my nerves sometimes. But sometimes I just think it's well...adorable. :P
I get it's your opinion but still.
