In Minecraft 1.9 and 1.10, there are new possibilities for command block-powered machines. Because of the new command blocks running with much less lag then they used to, a whole new dimension in complexity opens for the machines.
“Only one command”-machines are often used to import mechanics without mods, MCEdit or other programs into your Minecraft world. Today I will show you how to install those. It is very important that you’re using the right version of Minecraft. You can usually see onThe website the command is from, which version should be used.

First, get yourself a command block. It can’t be found in the creative inventory, and there is no option to get them in survival mode. So you have to open the chat by pressing “t”. Then you have to type: “/give @p minecraft:command_block” and press enter.



Make sure cheats are enabled in your world. Otherwise this message will appear:



Place the command block down. Check that there’s enough space above it and to the sides. If there isn’t, the machine might not be installed correctly.
Open the console of the command block by right-clicking it. Therefore, you have to be in creative mode.Copy the command from where you found it and paste it into the block. If everything worked, click “Done”.



Power the command block with e.g. a redstone block. If you’ve done everything correctly, the machine should be installed. Most times, a giant tower of command blocks will appear and a box filled with even more command blocks will be built next to it. Then usually the tower disappears saying something like:
