Well basicly this is a remeinder to all the people in PMC that notice Stolen Skins,projects,blogs,TexturePacks and Mods. You can report users them selves by contacting site moderators. When you do so remember to have VALID proof and reason for reporting. If they read your report they will hopefully respond back saying if theyre punished/warned or if you've made a non-valid report. If you see stolen items e.g skins you report the stolen item & user by clicking the small flag at the bottom of the item stats under the "Download Button". Once you've done this a window will pop up. in this you must choose a report reason from the drop-down menu. Next you basicly give proof. Some examples of valid Proof would be Links and Pictures.
