Just asking "how old are you" isn't gonna do a damn thing to keep the 13 year olds off the site, sadly, but the entire prospect can't be hopeless, right?
Let's face it: 80% of the skins here are complete shit, and roughly one-third of that 80% is stolen work anyway. Call me ageist, but there seems to be a suspiciously concrete link between dipshit 13 year olds and god-awful skin work... almost as if their little brains aren't developed enough to produce anything worth looking at yet.
And simply saying "thurs 13yos dat r fukkin genizuzses" doesn't actually make it true.
Yeah, 10% of the skins are good. That's 10 out of 100. 100 out of 1000. A rather small number, you see.
I, frankly, wouldn't shed a single tear if we lost ten good skin creators in the process of purging 90 other fuckwit assholes. Or maybe -- just maybe -- we could implement this thing known as common sense. We could physically examine the 100 skins, find the ten that were decent or good, and ban the other 90. All we'd lose is a little effort and time, and we'd keep our faithful patrons.
This is all hyperbole, obviously, as there is a significantly larger number of skins than a hundred or a thousand on PMC. The point remains, however, that just because a couple decent submissions have been made, we shouldn't grant a free pass to allow them to continue shitting all over the site.
I checked out your content, by the way, and it's "average" at very best.

EDIT: I take it back, I looked at your skins in the preview renderer and they actually look like complete shit. The "average" teenage girl skin is easily twice as good as the shitty MS Paint drawings you've been uploading. I hope you're proud of taking up server space with your inane bullshit, and making the site run that much more slowly because you just had to upload a project which will barely get any views or downloads.
