Since the restructuring of resource packs that 1.19.3 brought us, I've gone through and restructured RaulH22's Slimefun Textures. This will work on 1.19.3 + (unless of course the structuring is changed again).

• Nearly all textures here were created by RaulH22
• Fixed some textures that he had in there but did not completely implement
• Added some of my own textures to the ones that were missing, such as some of the talismans, the ender talismans, and some machines; still some missing textures though
• I've not been appointed to take responsibility for RaulH22's creation, I've simply "forked" and fixed/added some stuff

By doing this work on his original creation, I felt it was appropriate to rename it Vicarious, since Raul's textures can live vicariously through our work! I've left his name in the files themselves unless it was a file fully created by me.

I should add that this needs work because some of the seasonal items do not show proper textures, so I've marked this as 95% complete for that reason.
