The pack is based on the OCD pack by Disco.

People i did not copy ocd id this pack for fun i was bored i spent time on i enjoyed time flew past yes it looks similar but i'm going to do items soon than particals gui and hopfully you'll like it if not don't download if you have any give constructive critism.

Exactly. You don't need to have evidence of a clone of the texture packs, you just need to compare it with the mentioned texture packs.
