If you still want to use it with Minecraft 1.13 or upper versions, use the 1.11b version instead. The only difference is that the b version removes the previous glass panes that failed with the Minecraft 1.13 changes.
This is a colorful texture pack for Minecraft 1.11, that changes only blocks in 8x and a few mobs in 16x.
Also works in Minecraft 1.100, 1.9, 1.8, 1.7... etc despite of the warnings.
I resized my other texture pack of 32x, "Jalele", into 8x with a batch process, testing with two different kind of resize algorithms to see how it looked like. And I liked the result overall, so I decided to go on with it.
Then I revised each converted texture. In some cases I only had to redraw and emphasize some lines to restore the image and volume of the texture, and in other cases I made up different designs for it, because the former 32x32 pixels solution wouldn't work as well in a 8x8 pixels canvas, so it's necessary to try another way for giving the texture its own characterization.
The low resolution texture packs -with their "fat pixels"- look very nice in Minecraft, maybe cos the whole game is itself a fat pixels land, each 1x1x1 cell box is a big monochrome unit of information, and this fact doesn't change wallpapering each block with five hundred x pixels, because you can still recognize the edges and flatness of the cubes: the fat pixel.
In some way a low resolution texture harmonizes better with the cubic morphology of the Minecraft world, and the 8x still provides a good rate of definition to represent each material.
So that's the answer to the question: What sense does it make to downgrade under the default 16x?
Installation instructions:
1. Move this zip file (no need to unzip it) into your Minecraft resourcepacks folder.
To reach that folder you have two ways:
A. On "Windows Start", in Run (or search) put this:
%appdata%/.minecraft/resourcepacks/
B. On Minecraft, go to "Options", "Resource Packs", and then "Open Resource Packs folder".
2. On Minecraft, go to "Options", "Resource Packs" and select the "Runo 8x" Pack moving it from the left column to the right one. You can accumulate many packs at that side but those on top will have priority over the ones below.
Terms of use:
* Don't use the media of this pack for remixes or parts of other packs.
* If you modify any part of this pack, keep it for personal use.
* Don't redistribute this pack in other sites, neither link it through Ads redirectors.
* Please, give credits if you use this pack in any public appearance, like videos.

Sorry to hear that. I will have to combine it with another 8x8 pack then to fill blocks in the new MC versions.
