This texture pack turns all concrete except for neutral tones (White, gray, light gray, brown, black) into pastel versions of themselves. This does not affect concrete powder.

I said about 40 minutes ago that I would make a texture pack for pastel concrete, so here it is! I know it's probably been done at least ten times but it's worth a shot.
