This is subtitles for Nimnite server.
So this changes subtitles from saying: "Amethyst chmes" and "firework shoots" and others to: "shooting", "chest" and "healing" and more, which are easier to understand.
It is basically visual sound effects for nimnite, just a little different than in fortnite.
Also, I recommend using this mod by Crendgrim: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/move-subtitles , so you can move subtitles from under the hotbar to different places.
Mod configuration:
The configuration file (created on first launch, you can find it in your minecraft folder > config > movesubtitles.json) contains an "edge" key that can be set to any of

Set it as: "edge": "RIGHT" so you get the same place as in the image.
