全てがCustomModelDataというものでできているので、一つのアイテムで大量のものを追加することができます。
{CustomModelData:1}の1の部分を変更してください。
"例えばcookieなら1~44のどれかに変更"

Optifine必須

/give @p minecraft:item_frame{EntityTag:{Invisible:1b}}

を入力して透明額縁を入手。
それに置きたいものを入れると、置けます(トロフィーなど)
