BetterWater, unlike other shaderpacks that improve water, it adds something more, than just surface water
Most of the shaders for Water have lots of bugs underwater, BetterWater fixes all of them, and also features Refraction and Caustics
BetterWater also features one of the best performances in the minecraft community
An example? I5-4690 - GT 1030 and 4GB ram = 510-512 FPS (Tested on my PC)
Also, BetterWater's water can change colors during the day
In the morning it may look like more blue, in the night istead, much more darker
And also, you can configure the color like you want in the settings menu

BetterWater doesn't require a powerful PC, for run it at 30-40 fps, you will need these specifications:
GT 210
Intel Core Duo
2GB Ram
The license can be found inside the root of the shaderpack
