I'm aware of this issue, although it's likely not going to be fixed because I'm no longer interested in working on this resource pack, I'm busy working on my nether expansion mod and other more projects with more quality, and besides this pack will probably replaced in the future with a better one anyway. sorry for the inconvenience!

The 1.17 version works with 1.18 so you can safely use it on your world

i suggest getting a VPN and change your location to somewhere else, because i'm pretty sure you have been ip banned and can't access the site because of that
