The spyglass is all weird and stuff like its not its normal texture and I don't have any other resource pack on or any shaders on it just bugs out its texture.

Could you please take a look at it?

Ok, I fixed this bug. To find glasses you need to type "glasses" in the search. The spyglass accidentally broke.
