This is one of those birch leaves to blossom packs... yeah everyone's made one already, whatever.

This pack is designed to match Fresh Leaves and Mizuno's 16 Craft resource packs.

This is a resource pack add-on, and is intended to be used along side Fresh Leaves - Mizuno's 16 Craft Add-on - a simple improvement on Mizuno's leaf blocks.

These are original textures (and models) by me, and are meant to somewhat match the style of Mizuno's 16 Craft.

    This is the order for Fresh Leaves and related packs:
    (Ignore 1.17 warnings for Fresh Leaves)
    The bottom-most position (Mizunos 16 Craft) can be any pack

    So basically i really wanted the new cherry trees to have thick leaves instead of birch trees because the original birch's leaves are already pretty and it feels like a waste to just add on them the blossom leaves.
    To be short, what i did is: creating a similar zip folder than the Fresh Leaves Add On, but i adjusted it in order to make it fit on the new cherry trees of the 1.20, using this Fresh Leaves Blossom's texture PNG for the bush leaves. I also added and adjusted the fixed atlases file that was suggested in the Fresh Leaves pack's comment section because of the recent error that can't load most the ressource packs in the last updates.

    Now when i log in, the texture pack is successfully associating itself to the cherry trees but it wont load correctly [this is basically what is going on on my cherry trees: https://www.reddit.com/r/mcresourcepack/comments/znbxpd/some_models_stopped_working_in_1193/ ]
    Now i have to find where is the issue and adjust it, but that's the whole problem: I did everything without having any knowledge about minecraft data, coding, brackets or even json files system.
    I checked every single file just to be sure they are all named correctly, and check in case i did a typo mistake in some Json files, but no.
    I assume the issue is in the blocks.json file in the atlases folder, but i have no idea what it is and how to fix.
    Or in the worst case, my idea is just incompatible with the game.

    That's why i would really appreciate if someone experimented could explain me what is wrong

    the image in the reddit post suggests the models are working, just not the textures. Does the texture address match where the textures actually are? That's something you would've had to change.

    Would you make one without the bushes? I'm trying to edit the pack to get rid of them, but it doesn't seem to be able to preserve the pink color when i remove the bush files.
