While the comments below mine are a little blunt, I do feel like I should echo their points. I think the eyes could be tweaked a bit to give off more of a feminine vibe. Everything else about the skin is spot-on. Really well done.

What gets me is that the skin is a faithful replication of the image used. I guess something just got lost in translation there.
