In Finnish mythology, Tuoni is the ruler of the underworld Tuonela. Much like the Greek god Hades, Tuoni is cold yet means no harm (also like the Greek underworld, all souls go to Tuoni after death, regardless if someone is rich or poor).

This skin is based a depiction by DeviantArt user TeroPorthan, who makes a lot of macabre illustrations based on the Kalevala and Finnish mythology.
