Apparently not, I didn't even place top 100... and there is several unoriginal skins on that list....

I would blame PMC Mods not doing their job, and judges with heads up their asses... but I guess "ancient aliens" excuse would make more sense...

"Bad" is too kind a word... some of them were made with editing programs, and the majority are just "underwear shit-stain" status.

I could only point out a few that were legit or good...
