Really wanted to enter the Halloween Community Event so this is my skin for it. Some crazy story following idk lol.

These are the people who ensure the scary monsters and spirits are behaved during hauntings but also make sure that even thsoe who are unwilling to haunt participate in the haunting on fear of sever punishment. They ensure that humans are continued to be scared of monsters and spirits. They can see all around so be careful around them and if they come at you with their back facing you, you know they are mad and whatever you are, you must run.
