Aight, here's my entry for a little skin battle that Me, Irish, Noobator, and Allergy_Man are participating in. We all used the same palette, and the topic was cyberpunk. If you're curious, he's named shoelace because of the laces tied around his belt loops and his leg.

Fixed a bit of the lighting, made it so that there's one light source rather than the multi-directional one. Now all light is coming from his right, as opposed to the light coming from the left on his back and theright on his front.
