Pretty much, although he needs time to aim. He normally just stalks his prey, waiting sometimes hours for the enemy to sit still, and be ready for the shooting. The string on his crossbow is much, much tighter, meaning the arrow flies faster. The enemy never even knows he's dead until he is at the Pearly Gates of Heaven... Or the Other Place...
