Considering the growing trend of HD skins, it inspired me to make a few mockups by upscaling the faces of older skins of mine (Mint being one of them), and I'm happy I did so, because this turned out great. I think I have a soft spot for HD skins now, even though I can't use them anywhere besides Bedrock, Minetest, and some client-side Java mods.

This is Mint, one of the playable characters from the 1999 Sony PlayStation game, Threads of Fate (or Dewprism in Japan). I've made a skin of her once before, but I saw her as a good candidate for a second attempt at a much higher resolution. Four times the pixels make for a better level of detail, and since I've started from scratch (even hand-picking the colours instead of doing a consistent hue/value shift each time I darken a colour), it turned out much better than my previous attempt.

Here's my previous attempt (non-HD), for comparison. I may get around to updating it sometime, because I personally prefer this one's colour palette.
