I wasn't sure if I really wanted to post this one as I've only had very brief encounters with Kawaii personally but I do respect her work, so I had to get help from canday on this one, who helped a lot with the concept and really motivated me to post it.
this basically started off conceptually as the cute cloak in the image below with adding other stuff on in the process, namely the idea to change the character from a rabbit girl into a fox girl with a winter theme, hence the title arctic fox.
Anyways before I get to side tracked and ramble on I wanna wish Kawaii a happy birthday, I hope you have a great birthday, you're doing well, and keep making awesome content :)

aaaa it's really beautiful!! I love the colors so much<33 it's kinda funny that I was designing a character earlier and referenced this exact loak ! C: I really like how you approached the cloak and turned it into a fox girl!! the tail is 👌👌 !!!!
