Hot'n'Cool was just a farm boy until he fell into a volcano,while sipping ice cold lemonade. The volcano had erupted practically as soon as he fell in,and was shot out,imbued with the heat of the volcano's flames and the cool of his lemonade. Today he seeks vengeance on all of those who complain about the weather,by making it much worse than it is. He stomps on the ground to heat things up,and shoots ice balls from his clenched fist.
